Play sports!

We can buy so many goods:
fashionable clothes, funny toys and tasty foods.
We cannot buy only health.
But it's not bad, you can make this yourself.
Fast food, TV, to sleep a lot.
Here can help only sport.
Don't lie in your bed - ride a bike with dad.
Let's go for a walk in the park
and run, and play, and jump.
If you strive - you'll be a champion star,
will shine as a golden spark.
Sport can be different - swimming, football, volleyball.
And with chess you can learn to think -
you must try everything!
